These SKILL.md definitions teach an AI coding assistant (Claude Code, etc.) how to use kapi to keep generated content on-brand, terminologically consistent, and to publish multilingually. The kapi-* skills drive the local CLI; the bowrain-* skills drive the governed Bowrain platform.
