Format Maturity
Where every neokapi format sits against the format maturity model (L0 experimental → L4 rock-solid). Target: L4 Axis grades by family — Comprehension (Engine L0–L4, Vocabulary V0–V3, Structure & Geometry G0–G4, Prose P0–P4); Assurance (Corpus C0–C3, Security S0–S4); Enablement (Knowledge K0–K3, Editor E0–E4).
This dashboard publishes two separate things per format. The promise is a support tier — Supported, Maintained, or Available — a CI-backed contract you can rely on, changed only by an explicit, human-approved event. The score is the per-axis vector below, recomputed from file evidence on every audit; it ranks the remaining work and explains the tier, but on its own promises nothing.
The headline tier is the minimum over the gating axes (Engine, Corpus, Knowledge) — never an average. The axes group into three families by the question each answers: Comprehension (how deeply we read it), Assurance (how we prove it), and Enablement (how we work with it).
