kapi plugin prune
kapi pruneFind plugins kapi has retired but that remain installed from an earlier version, and remove them. Retired plugins are already inert (kapi never loads them); this cleans them off disk after confirmation. System (Homebrew) installs are reported with the command to remove them, never deleted by kapi. Downloaded model caches and configuration are left untouched.
